Established in 1956, the Societatea Românǎ de Televiziune (Romanian Television Society, TVR) has decided to launch the ISAS BCP 9001 compliance building process.  TVR is the national state-owned public service television broadcaster of Romania. With 3300 employees operating six channels (TVR1, TVR2, TVR3, TVR Cultural, TVR Info, TVRi and TVR HD) in six different locations (Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iaşi, Timişoara, Craiova and Târgu Mureş), TVR offers a wide variety of programmes, including webcasts and international viewing.
