NEW CERTIFICATION SCHEME AVAILABLE, BASED ON STANDARD ISAS-CQS 2090

Standard ISAS-CQS 2090 permits the formal definition of an operating system in the catering trade (collective, traditional etc.) guided by respect for the normal progression of products. It defines strategies for sale and distribution and a minimum configuration of the layout and management of premises.

It is intended for kitchens in local authority undertakings of all sizes, hospitals and all other restaurants that wish to introduce a recognized label in this area.

This label enables the certified establishments to quote their recognized status for marketing purposes and to give evidence of their compliance with hygiene criteria by setting up a certified self-checking procedure.
