The ISAS EQUAD 2020 standard aims to interpret the series of the ISO 9001: 2000 standards, adapted to a help and home care organization. They should be used according to the laws, regulations and current prescriptions, and in association with the other directives, as those given by the professional or state associations. It covers all the activities and services of help and home care with a particular accent on the continuous care to the customers. It concerns persons of any age or condition who are dependent from their close relations or external help, without which a preservation at home or their return in their common life environment can be questioned. These persons need a momentary or durable support, either for themselves, or for their circle of acquaintances. The delegated medical acts are included in the standard.
