NEW REVISION OF ISAS-QMS PHARMA 2010 STANDARD UNDER PREPARATION

The Swiss Society of Pharmacists PHARMASUISSE has launched the revision of ISAS QMS PHARMA 2010 standard. The new version should be ready in 2008 and will be structured in two main documents:
  • the standard itself with the list of requirements to be satisfied in order to get certified
  • in a separate document entitled Guidelines and following the structure of the norm, a list of recommendations and best practices observed in the field to help pharmacies in the practical implementation of the standard
The revision process is under the responsibility of a Technical Committee composed of pharmacists members of the Swiss Society of Pharmacists and experts from the University.

RADIO FRIBOURG - FREIBURG, SWITZERLAND
With 39 employees and 130'000 listeners Radio Fribourg – Radio Freiburg is the main local radio station in the Canton of Freiburg, Switzerland. It is a generalist station, adressing the needs of the whole population with a particular emphasis on information, education and entertainment, in line with its Public Service mission.  It is also a commercial channel with a private status. Its main stream of revenue is coming from the sales of advertising spaces.


 


EL COMMERCIO, LIMA, PERU
El Comercio is the oldest and most famous newspaper in Peru. Since its creation in 1839 it has defended its creeds: independence and veracity. Its non-partisan and accurate reporting on various topics - with a focus on politics – attracts each day around 500’000 lectors (daily impression of 100’000 copies during the week, 250’000 on Sundays). Strict verification of sources, guiding principles, debate within the redaction, among others, are insuring the quality of information and the reputation of the newspaper. SUCCESSFUL RE-ACCREDITATION FOR THE SWISS SOCIETY OF PHARMACISTS PHARMASUISSE

After six years of successful operations, the accreditation granted to the Swiss Society of Pharmacists PHARMASUISSE has been renewed for a period of three years. The scope of accreditation remains unchanged: ISAS-QMS PHARMA 2010 standard and the EAC Code 38 (Health).

RADIO ROMANIA STARTS THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ISAS BC 9001:2003 STANDARD

Radio Romania is a public broadcaster (i.e. an editorial independent media with a public service terms of number of channels and staff, as in terms of coverage (99% of the population covered by Radio Romania Actualitati through FM). It is also the most ancient group in the country radio-landscape; it first broadcasted in 1928. As such it can be considered as part of the Romanian Heritage (its library of recordings contains all the “voices” which made the history of the 20th century)
