- 14-04-2005
ISAS P-9001:2005 is designed to help a press organization develop a management system that can consistently produce quality contents. It includes processes for continuous improvement of the system in the interest of readers and other stakeholders.
All requirements of International Standard ISAS P-9001:2005 are specific to the press and intended to be applied by all press organizations, regardless of type (newspapers, magazines, internet, etc.), size and editorial approach.
The aim of such a system is to make sure that a press organization meets the highest quality standards in the following areas:

- Service to other important stakeholders, including staff and advertisers

This step deeply transformed the culture of the company: the satisfaction of our collaborators thus passed from 17% to more than 90% today. The same phenomenon was noted for the satisfaction of our viewers. Today we have decided to go even further with the ISAS BC 9001 certification .” |
